摘要
采用石灰软化曝气法考察了西安某地地下水曝气软化过程中石灰、PAC和PAM的复合处理效果,并确定药剂最佳投加量及各项运行参数。结果表明,当石灰投加量为80 mg/L时,硬度和暂时硬度的去除率为48.10%和97.22%,混凝和沉淀过程对硬度及暂时硬度的去除效果影响不大;投加石灰后浊度明显升高,当PAC投加量为20 mg/L,PAM投加量为0.5 mg/L时,在最佳运行参数条件下可使处理水浊度稳定降低至2 NTU以下。石灰曝气软化法能有效去除水中硬度、暂时硬度和浊度,处理水煮沸后不再形成沉淀和悬浮物,该方法曝气软化过程吨水运行成本约为0.589元。
The composite treatment effect of lime, PAC, PAM in the lime-aeration softening process for the groundwater in Xi' an was carried out, and the optimal dosage and process parameters were determined. The results showed that hardness and temporary hardness removal rate were 48.10% and 97.22% under the conditions of the lime dosage of 80 mg/L, coagulation and sedimentation had little impact on the effect of hardness and temporary hardness removal. Turbidity could be increased obviously after lime dosage, the treated water turbidity could be reduced below 2 NTU under optimal process parameters when the dosage of PAC was 20 mg/L and the dosage of PAM was 0.5 mg/L, The experiment proved that lime-aeration softening process could remove hardness, temporary hardness and turbidity in water effectively and no sedimentation and suspending solids would be formed in boiled water. The cost of lime-aeration softening process was estimated to be 0.589 Yuan/m3.
