饲料及畜产品中雌激素检测方法的研究进展

Progress of Detection Methods for Estrogens in Feeds and Animal Products

雌激素可干扰动物和人类正常的内分泌机能,导致发育异常、生殖功能障碍及癌症等,现已证实的雌激素约有80余种。饲料及畜产品中雌激素残留对人类和动物的不良影响已引起全球的广泛关注,建立简单快速有效的检测方法显得尤其重要,因此,本文介绍了雌激素的各种检测方法,并对雌激素的检测方法进行了总结和展望。

There are about 80 kinds of estrogens which have been proved recently.The estrogens can interfere the normal endocrine system of animals and Human beings,and cause to abnormal development,the malfunction of reproductive system and cancer.The problem of estrogens in feeds and animal products has become a global focus problem.Therefore,it is very meaningful to set up a convenience and rapid effective detection method.This article was performed to introduce the detection methods for estrogens.Finally,the a detection methods of estrogens were summarized and prospected.
