土壤有效态硫元素常规法批量测试技术研究与应用

摘要 通过测试实践,把农业部《测土配方施肥技术规范》中《氯化钙浸提-硫酸钡比浊法测定土壤有效硫》测试方法操作规程的各个过程进行定量、定时量化,并综合平衡化验人员素质,合理配置化验器具和人力资源,定人定位,各司其职,分工协作,实现处理过程标准化、检测过程规范化、操作过程程序化,加速化验进度,提高了化验准确度和精密度。 In testing practices, each step of testing procedures from calcium chloride extraction-barium sulfate tur- bidimetry for determining of available sulfur in soil in Technical Specification of Balanced Fertilization Soil Testing by Ministry of Agriculture was quantified. Chemical testing instruments and human resources were allocated rationally according to the quality of laboratory per-sonnel. Each personnel was expected to do his/her own part and co-operate with others. In that way, process standardization was implemented, testing process was standardized, operation process was sequenced and testing process was accelerated, meanwhile, the accuracy and precision of test were improved.
