髌旁外侧入路行全膝关节置换治疗骨性关节炎合并膝外翻畸形 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨通过膝旁外侧入路行全膝关节置换术治疗膝外翻畸形的手术方法和临床效果。方法自2009-03—2014-12采用膝关节外侧入路、常规截骨外加选择性软组织松解行全膝关节置换术治疗10例(11膝)膝外翻。结果所有患者均获得平均22(4~67)个月随访,外翻畸形由术前16.7°(11°~23°)降至术后3.2°(0~7°);膝关节活动度由87.3°(75°~95°)提高到106.3°(100°~120°),HSS评分由术前32.6(14~45)分提高至88.7(83~96)分,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。所有患者膝外翻畸形基本得到矫正,术后无明显疼痛,步态恢复正常,功能明显改善。结论采用膝旁外侧入路、常规截骨外加选择性软组织松解方法行全膝关节置换术后治疗膝外翻畸形,可获得满意的临床效果。
