微型外固定架治疗内侧楔骨骨折伴邻近软组织损伤

摘要 目的探讨微型外固定架治疗内侧楔骨骨折伴IC2、3、4型软组织损伤的疗效。方法回顾性分析自2014-06—2015-03诊治的9例内侧楔骨骨折伴软组织损伤,均采用微型外固定架早期固定。结果本组术后获平均26(24~28)周随访。均无皮肤坏死感染、钉道感染及骨不连等并发症,骨折均愈合良好。术后足的功能恢复根据AOFOS标准行功能评定:优6例,良2例,可1例。结论微型外固定架治疗内侧楔骨骨折伴IC2、3、4型软组织损伤操作简单、创伤小,能够早期恢复内侧柱长度,避免皮肤软组织感染坏死,可作为治疗中足损伤的一种有效的方法。
