System Dynamics Modeling and Enlightenment on Website Knowledge Transfer: On the Resource Sharing Service of Personal Digital Library

个人数字图书馆资源共享服务的研究还处在初始阶段,当前网站知识传播建设的成熟经验可以为其提供有效借鉴。本文以一类知识共享网站的知识传播为研究对象,对其进行系统动力学建模分析,揭示了影响该类网站知识传播诸因素之间的因果关系和采取各种政策、制度及措施的内在原因。在此基础上,通过比较该类网站知识传播与个人数字图书馆资源共享之间的异同,剖析了网站的成功经验以及对个人数字图书馆资源共享服务建设的启示。

Researches on the resource sharing service of personal digital library presently are at the initial stage, but the current experience in the construction of website knowledge transfer system can provide effective references for it. The paper concentrates on the knowledge transfer on some websites, analyses system dynamics modeling, and then reveals the causal relationship of the factors which infl uence the knowledge transfer and the internal cause for the various policies, regulations and measures adopted. By comparing the similarities and differences between the website knowledge transfer and the resource sharing service of personal digital library, the paper then discusses the successful experience of the website and its enlightenment for the resource sharing service of personal digital library.
