露天矿自移式中间桥的研究

Research on the Auto-moving Middle Bridge in Open-pit Mines

摘要 为了降低露天矿的运输成本,大部分露天矿都在工作面中间位置搭设工作面通向内排的中间桥。通常露天矿都是利用留下部分煤层和剥离物作为基础搭建中间桥。这样导致了煤岩混杂局面,造成煤的损失;随着工作面的推进,需要不断的搭设新桥拆除旧桥,这样不仅给生产管理带来困难,也会导致生产成本的增加。研究设计自移式中间桥,可以解决现行中间桥搭建方式带来的一系列问题,降低生产管理的复杂性,降低生产成本。 In order to reduce the transport costs, most open- pit mines erected the middle bridge in the middle of working face. Generally, the erection of current middle bridge was based on the use of some retained coal seam and overburden in open-pit mines, which caused the confused situation of coal and rocks, and finally led to the coal loss. With the ad- vance of working face, new bridges were continuously built, while the old bridges were demolished. That brought some problems to the production management and increased the mining cost. The design of auto-moving middle bridge could solve a series of problems caused by the existing middle bridge, and reduce the complexity of production manage- ment and production costs.
