摘要
对泗人沟铅锌矿地质勘探程度,开采技术条件及采场现状进行了调查分析,参照同类削壁充填采矿法矿山采场结构参数,采用类比法对泗人沟铅锌矿采场结构参数进行了优选。通过爆破参数优化,采用光面爆破、矿岩分采等先进技术对回采工艺进行了优化研究。结果表明,制定的采场结构参数、爆破参数和回采工艺是合理的,取得了较好的技术经济效果。使矿山贫化率比同类矿山平均指标提降低8%~10%,损失率比同类矿山平均指标降低3%~5%,采场生产能力比原来提高70%左右,采矿直接成本降低4%~7%。
The geological exploration degree, mining condi- tions and stope situation of Siren ditch lead-zinc mine were investigated and analyzed. In terms of the structural parame- ters in similar stopes mined by resuing-fill mining method, the analogy method was used to optimize the structural pa- rameters for this mine. Through optimization of blasting pa- rameters, the advanced technologies such as smooth blasting and separated mining of ore and rock were proposed to opti- mize the stoping process. Results showed that the deter- mined structure parameters, blasting parameters and stoping process were reasonable, which obtained good technical and economic results. Compared with the average indexes in sim- ilar mines, the mining dilution rate was 8%-10% lower, the loss rate was 3%- 5% lower, the stope production ca-pacity was increased by 70% or so; and the direct costs of mining was reduced by 4 % - 7 %.
