深井工作面侧向支承压力分布影响因素研究 被引量:6

Research on Influence Factors of Lateral Abutment Pressure Distribution of Working Face in Deep Shaft

摘要 根据高家堡煤矿一盘区的地质条件,在理论分析工作面侧向岩梁断裂结构力学模型的基础上,通过数值模拟方法,主要研究了工作面煤层开采厚度、工作面长度及相邻区段工作面非等长布置对侧向煤体支承压力分布特征的影响因素。研究结果表明:随着采厚的增加,侧向支承压力峰值向煤体深部移动,峰值强度降低;随着工作面长度的增加,岩梁在工作面两侧的断裂时间提前,支承压力明显影响区域增大,其影响程度随工作面长度的继续增加而减弱;相邻区段工作面非等长布置情况下,煤柱内支承压力基本呈非对称形态发展。研究结果对并掌握侧向煤体支承压力分布规律,确定合理区段煤柱宽度及顺槽掘进的合理滞后时间或滞后距离等具有重要意义。 According to geological conditions of the first panel of Gaojiabao coal mine, the theoretical analysis were put for- ward on the structural mechanics model of lateral broken strata in working face. In this basis, the influence factors of affecting lateral abutment pressure distribution, involving the mining thickness, length of working face and different lengths of adjacent working faces, were studied by numerical simulation. The study results showed that the lateral abut- ment pressure peak would move to the deep and reduced a- long with the increase of mining thickness. As the length of working face increasing, the strata broken time would appear in advance at the two sides of working face, and the area which was significantly affected by abutment pressure would be enlarged with a decreasing influence extent. In the case of different lengths of working faces in adjacent sections, the developing form of abutment pressure would be basically asymmetric within the coal pillar. It was of great significance for studying and mastering the law of lateral abutment pres- sure distribution, determining the reasonable width of seg- ment coal pillar and achieving the reasonable lag time or de- layed distance of crossheading excavation.
