摘要
为了研究GN8型搅拌磨机的磨矿效果,运用应力事件次数和Rosin-Rammler分布函数,讨论了搅拌器转速、矿浆浓度和介质充填率对磨矿产品粒度分布宽度的影响规律。研究结果表明,增加搅拌器转速或介质充填率,应力事件次数增加,有利于降低磨矿产品的粒度分布宽度;在应力事件次数相同的条件下,改变转速更有利于降低磨矿产品的粒度分布宽度;改变磨矿浓度,应力事件次数SN没有变化,磨矿产品的粒度分布宽度基本不变。
In order to study the grinding effect of GN8 stirred mill, the influences of stirrer discs speed, slurry density and filling ratio of grinding media on the size distribution width of grinding product were studied with the number of stress events and Rosin-Rammler distribution function. The results showed that enhancing the stirrer discs speed or filling ratio of grinding media would increase the number of stress e- vents, which had a significant influence on reducing the size distribution width of grinding product. Changing the stirrer discs speed was more conducive to reducing the size distribu- tion width of grinding product under the same number of stress events. But the change of slurry density had no effect on the number of stress events and size distribution width of grinding product.
