西藏农牧民看对口援藏——基于西藏两个村的问卷调查

Tibetan Farmers and Herdsmen as Hand-in-hand Assist in Tibet:Based on the Survey of Two Villages in Tibet

西藏农牧民对对口援藏有较高的政策意识,对对口援藏对西藏经济发展和其农业生产生活的帮助都表示了一致性的积极评价,对现时期的对口援藏给予充分肯定。调查结果还表明,西藏农牧民对援藏项目和援藏干部有较高的期望和要求,在肯定现时期援藏项目和援藏干部作用的同时,对援藏项目中农牧民参与度较低以及援藏干部与农牧民互动交流较低提出了批评,表现出多样化的态度倾向。

Tibetan farmers and herdsmen have higher policies awareness of hand-in-hand assist in Tibet,and they have expressed a positive assessment of consistency to it.They thought that hand-in-hand assist in Tibet had a huge role in economic development and helped farmers and herdsmen,s Agricultural production and life.They had higher expectations and demands to the assist projects and cadres.They affirmed the role of assist projects and cadres, however, they criticized relatively low participation and benefit of farmers and herdsmen in the assist projects and low interaction with the farmers and people.They also showed a variety of attitudes toward to hand-in-hand assist in Tibet.
