摘要
通过对Y县教育统计报表的分析以及对16所不同层次不同类型幼儿园的实地考察,发现学前师资队伍建设存在师资结构不尽合理、师幼比不达标、教师编制严重不足、教师待遇不高的困境。要破解这些难题,民族地区应采取多种形式补充学前师资,加强幼儿园教师的职后培训,建立完善的学前教师职称评审制度,着力解决公办园教师编制,设立民族地区学前教师的专项经费。
Through the analysis of Y county education statistics and field survey of 16 kindergarten with different levels and types,founding the plight of unreasonable preschool teachers structure,substandard teacher and student ratio,seriously short teacher establishment,low teachers' salary. To solve these problems,national regions must strive to recruit preschool teachers in a variety of forms,trengthen in-service kindergarten teachers' training,establish perfect preschool teachers' title appraisal system,solve the public kindergarten teachers establishment,establish preschool teachers' special funds in national regions.
