摘要
目的探讨参麦注射液治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)的效果,观察其血脂指标、血清高敏肌钙蛋白、游离脂肪酸水平的变化。方法选取2015年1月至10月收治的冠心病患者90例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和与对照组,各45例。观察组给予常规治疗+参麦注射液治疗,对照组仅给予常规治疗。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率为91.11%,优于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05);观察组游离脂肪酸为(0.44±0.10)ng/L、血清高敏肌钙蛋白为(123.00±40.00)mmol/L,低于对照组的(0.79±0.20)ng/L和(166.00±41.00)mmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、三酰甘油及总胆固醇与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为8.89%,明显低于对照组的33.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参麦注射液治疗冠心病疗效较好,能显著改善患者游离脂肪酸及血清高敏肌钙蛋白水平,改善预后。
Objective To explore and analyze the treatment effect of Shenmai Injection in patients with coronary heart disease and its effect on the changes of high sensitive serum troponin, serum lipids and free fatty acid levels. Methods 90 cases of patients with coro- nary heart disease from January 2015 to Februal7 2016 were divided into the observation group (45 cases) and the control group (45 cases) according to the random number table method. The observation group was given conventional treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD) + Shenmai Injection, and the control group was given conventional treatment of coronary heart disease. The effect of blood lipid indexes, high sensitive serum troponin and free fatty acid levels of two groups after treatment were observed and compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 91.11%, which was better than 66.67% of the control group; the free fatty acids was (0. 44±0. 10) ng/L, high-sensitivity serum troponin was (123.00 ±40. 00) mmol/L in the observation group, which were lower than (0.79 ±0.20) ng/L and (166.00 ±41.00) mmul/L in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05); the high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol, triglyceride and total cholesterol of the observation group had no statistically significant differences compared with the control group(P 〉 0.05). The incidence rate of ad- verse reactions in the observation group was 8.89%, which was significantly lower than 33.33% in the control group(P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Shenmai Injection in treating patients with coronary heart disease has good therapeutic effect, can significantly improve the free fatty acid and the level of high sensitive serum troponin, and improve the prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease.
