宫颈癌患者术后肛肠动力检查分析

Anorectal Dynamics Test Result Analysis of Postoperative Patients with Cervical Cancer

目的评估宫颈癌患者术后肛肠动力检查特点。方法回顾性分析2014年1月-2015年12月在我院确诊为宫颈癌,并行宫颈癌根治术(即广泛性子宫切除术及盆腔淋巴结切除术)的患者27例。统计分析术后肛肠动力学检查的结果。结果27例患者中,肛门平滑括约肌反射(RAIR)异常4例,肛门横纹括约肌反射(RACR)异常14例,括约肌静息压异常19例,括约肌最大收缩力异常4例,收缩持续时间异常1例,直肠敏感度检查异常24例,直肠最大容量异常25例。结论宫颈癌患者广泛性子宫切除术及盆腔淋巴结切除术后肛肠功能受损,影响患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the characteristic of anorectal dynamics test of postoperative patients with cervical cancer. Methods 27 cases diagnosed with cervical cancer underwent radical surgery（radical hysterectomy and lymphadenectomy） from January 2014 to December 2015 were studied retrospectively. The anorectal dynamics test result of them was statistically analyzed. Results In the above of 27 cases,4 cases of abnormal RAIR, 14 cases of abnormal RACR, 19 cases of abnormal anal resting pressure, 4 cases of abnormal maximum squeeze pressure, 1 case of abnormal duration of sustained squeeze, 24 cases of abnormal rectal sensitivity and 25 cases of abnormal rectal maximal tolerable volume. Conclusion The anorectal function is impaired after radical hysterectomy and lymphadenectomy of cervical cancer which impacts the living quality of patients.
