视神经脊髓炎相关性视神经炎诊治进展概况

摘要 视神经脊髓炎(neuromyelitis optica,NMO)是一种免疫介导的原发性中枢神经系统炎性脱髓鞘病变,近年来被认为是一种不同于多发性硬化的疾病实体。NMO主要选择性累及视神经和脊髓[1-2]。现对视神经脊髓炎相关性视神经炎(neuromyelitis optica related optic neuritis,NMO-ON)的临床诊治进展作一概述,以更好地进行针对性治疗措施。
