摘要
从网站框架、内容、政民互动模式和人性化服务4个角度入手,对日本东京、大阪、名古屋等几大地方政府门户网站进行调研,发现其主要呈现出网站框架设计鲜明、人文特色凸显,网站内容涵盖范围全面、主题丰富,政民互动形式多样化,网站服务人性化的特征。建议从加强地方政府门户网站的宣传推广力度、彰显其亲民意识与形象、完善政民双向互动应用栏目3个方面不断地完善我国政府门户网站建设,从而更好地服务公众、服务社会。
This article mainly studied the government portal websites of Tokyo, Osaka, and Nagoya, from the aspects of its framework, content, the interaction model between people and the governments and customerized services. It found these government portal websites mainly present the following features: distinctive design framework and humanistic features, the comprehensive content and rich themes, the various interactive forms and the humanized website services. Finally, it concluded that the local government should strengthen the government portal website promotion, highlight the website's populist consciousness and image, and improve two-way interactive application programs. Only in these ways can we serve the public and society much better.
