高校图书馆智库平台建设探究——以哈尔滨商业大学图书馆为例

A Discussion on the Construction of Think Tank Platform in University Library : A Case Study of the Library of Harbin University of Commerce

由于具备文献信息资源和专业人才等优势,高校图书馆应积极参与和加强高校智库建设。文章以哈尔滨商业大学图书馆为例,介绍了高校图书馆智库平台建设的架构、内容和具体流程,同时提出了高校图书馆智库服务的4种模式,对高校图书馆智库建设具有一定的借鉴意义。

With the literature information resources and professional talents, the university library should actively participate in and strengthen the construction of think tanks. Taking the Library of Harbin University of Commerce as an example, this paper introduces the platform structure, contents, and process of its think tank, and puts forward four service modes, which provides reference for the construction of the university library think tank.
