摘要
文章主要目的是构建数字参考咨询众包服务平台模型。首先从参考咨询服务和众包的结合方式探讨,根据构建平台模型分析了高校图书馆参考咨询众包参与主体的角色分配及职能,并设计了数字参考咨询众包服务的参与流程。
This paper is to conceive digital reference services platform of crowdsourcing model. Firstly, the binding mode of DRS and crowdsourcing is discussed. According to the conception of the DRS services platform, consulting role assignments and functions of people participating in crowdsourcing activity are analyzed. Then, the flowchart of DRS crowdsourcing is designed. Finally, the characteristics of DRS crowdsourcing are introduced.
