摘要
目的:探讨都匀毛尖茶抗炎作用。方法:采用小鼠耳肿胀实验及腹腔毛细血管通透性实验观察都匀毛尖茶的抗炎作用。结果:都匀毛尖茶对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀有显著的抑制作用;对冰醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高有显著的抑制作用。结论:都匀毛尖茶具有一定的抗炎作用。
Objective： To study the anti- inflammatory effects of Duyun Maojian Tea. Methods： The anti- inflammatory effects of Duyun Maojian Tea were evaluated by the mice ear swelling and abdominal capillary permeability tests. Results： The Duyun Maojian Tea could significantly decrease the swelling of mice ear by xylene,and inhibit the increasing of abdominal capillary permeability induced by acetic acid. Conclusion：The Duyun Maojian Tea has the effects of anti- inflammatory.
