“三高”疾病眼底检查的价值探讨

The value of the fundus examination in people with metabolic syndrome

目的探讨"三高"疾病(高血压、高血糖、高血脂)眼底疾病检出情况。方法通过1845例来我中心内科体检行眼底黄斑区光学相干断层扫描(OCT)病例,分成单纯高血压组、高血糖组、高血脂组与正常组4组,对比其眼底疾病的检出率。结果体检人群中,各组年龄无统计学差异(P>0.05),高血压组眼底疾病的检出率明显高于其他组(P<0.01)。结论高血压相对高血糖、高血脂人群,眼底发病率更高。在健康体检中,建议高血压人群眼底OCT检查具有一定价值。

Objective Analyse the condition of fundus examination in Metabolic Syndrome（ hypertension、hyperglycemia、hyperlipidemia）. Methods Totally one thousand and eight hundred forty five people who underwent fundus examination with optic coherence tomography（ OCT）,divided into 4 groups with hypertension,hyperglycemia,hyperlipidemia and normality. Results In the physical health examination,there were no significant different in age（P〈0. 05）,group with hypertension had high occurrence rate of fundus oculi disease（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion People with hypertension take more morbidity,so the people who had hypertension to get OCT examination are good for themselves.
