精神分裂症住院患者家庭负担与社会支持的相关性分析

Correlation analysis of the family burden of schizophrenia patients and social support in hospital

目的分析精神分裂症住院患者家庭负担与社会支持的相关性。方法选取150例精神分裂症患者家属,采用疾病家庭负担量表(FBS)及社会支持评定量表进行调查,分析患者家庭负担与社会支持的相关性。结果发放问卷150份,回收有效问卷146份,问卷回收有效率为97.33%;精神分裂症住院患者家属家庭负担总分阳性率高达100.00%,而各维度评分阳性率均在73%以上;付费方式为自费的患者家庭负担评分明显高于付费方式为医保的家庭(P<0.01);家庭负担与社会支持呈显著负相关关系(r=-0.438,P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症住院患者家庭普遍存在不同程度的家庭负担,且家属获得的社会支持度越高其家庭负担越轻。

Objective To investigate the correlation of family burden and social support of schizophrenia patients. Methods One hundred and fifty cases with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital were chosen,the disease and family burden scale（ FBS） and social support rating sheet（ SSRS） investigation and analysis correlation between family burden and social support. Results 146 valid questionnaires of 150 questionnaires,reclaiming effective rate was 97. 33%; schizophrenia patients＇ family burden total positive rate is as high as 100. 00%,and each dimension score positive rate was over 73%; for payment method with their own expense,family burden score was significantly higher than that of paying for health insurance,the difference has statistical significance（P〈0. 01）; family burden and social support had significant negative correlation relationship（ r =-0. 438,P 0. 05）. Conclusion Schizophrenia patients＇ families generally have different levels of family burden and social support received the more,the family burden is lighter.
