银杏酮酯滴丸对不稳定型心绞痛患者临床症状和血清hs-CRP含量的影响

Effect of Ginkgo biloba extract on clinical symptoms and serum hs-CRP in patients with unstable angina pectoris

目的探讨银杏酮酯滴丸对不稳定型心绞痛患者临床症状和血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)含量的影响。方法选取不稳定型心绞痛患者200例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各100例。两组均给予单硝酸异山梨酯等常规治疗,观察组在以上用药基础上加用银杏酮酯滴丸口服,观察两组治疗前后临床症状、血清hs-CRP变化。结果治疗后两组每日心绞痛发作次数、心绞痛发作持续时间均较治疗前下降(P<0.01),观察组较对照组下降更为明显(P<0.01),观察组心绞痛发作时硝酸甘油周用量低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后两组hs-CRP均较治疗前下降(P<0.01),观察组较对照组下降更为明显(P<0.01)。结论银杏酮酯滴丸可明显改善不稳定型心绞痛患者临床症状,降低血清hs-CRP含量,抑制炎症反应。

Objective To investigate the effect of Ginkgo biloba extract dripping pill on clinical symptoms,and serum high sensitivity C reactive protein（ hs-CRP） of patients with unstable angina pectoris. Methods Two hundred patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into control group and the observation group,100 cases in either group. Patients in both groups were treated with conventional therapy. In addition,Ginkgo biloba extract dripping pill was given orally to patients of observation group. Clinical symptoms and serum hs-CRP were observed before and after treatment in the two groups. Results After treatment,angina pectoris attack frequency serum hs-CRP and angina pectoris attack duration in both groups were lower than those before treatment（P〈0. 01）,and those of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P〈0. 01）. Level of hs-CRP in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes of patients with unstable angina pectoris can be significantly improved by Ginkgo biloba extract.
