重症肺炎儿童肠道微生态的调查 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解重症肺炎儿童肠道微生态的变化,为重症肺炎患儿的治疗开辟新思路。方法采用16S rRNA/DNA荧光定量PCR技术对重症肺炎、普通肺炎患儿粪便标本中的乳酸杆菌、大肠杆菌进行定量分析,同时采用鲎试验偶氮基质显色法测定重症肺炎组、普通肺炎组患儿内毒素含量。结果重症肺炎组患儿粪便中乳酸杆菌数量低于普通肺炎组(P<0.05)。重症肺炎组、普通肺炎组患儿内毒素水平均增高,重症肺炎组高于普通肺炎组(P<0.05)。结论重症肺炎患儿发病初期即发生肠道菌群紊乱,表现在乳酸杆菌数量减少和大肠杆菌数量增多,内毒素水平增高,治疗后肠道菌群失衡恢复重建。
