中医药治疗冠心病心绞痛的研究进展

Research progress on traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris

冠心病心绞痛是冠状动脉供血不足,心肌急剧缺血、缺氧引起的,以胸痛或胸部不适为主要表现的临床综合征。该病是近年来最常见的心血管疾病,具有较高的发病率和死亡率,且呈逐年增加趋势。中医药在冠心病心绞痛治疗方面具有一定优势,高效安全方便,可有效解决远期介入后的再狭窄,改善冠心病心绞痛患者的预后,弥补现代医学常用特效心绞痛缓解药物、介入治疗及血管重建手术的不足,具有重要意义。本文综述近年来中医药治疗冠心病心绞痛的研究进展,旨在为冠心病心绞痛的治疗提供新思路。

Coronary heart disease angina pectoris is caused by coronary artery insufficiency, myocardial ischemia or hypoxia. The clinical syndrome manifests as chest pain or chest discomfort. The disease is the most common cardiovascular disease in recent years with a high incidence and mortality rate, and shows an increasing trend year by year. The traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） is an efficient, safe and convenient treatment to coronary heart disease angina pectoris. It can effectively solve restenosis problem after interventional forward and improve the prognosis in patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris. This article reviews the research progress of TCM in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris and provides a new idea for the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris.
