政府购买社区公共服务研究

On Government's Procurement of Community Public Service

本文通过对上海、广东等先进地区的社区购买公共服务情况进行调查研究并结合实际,对呼和浩特市新城区海东路街道办及其所属9个社区政府购买公共服务的现状进行多角度深入调查,以体校巷社区的居家养老"仆人驿站"项目和海东路街道的"智慧新城"网格化管理为例,总结经验找出问题及解决路径,探索出在政府购买服务方面呼和浩特社区发展的有效途径和创新方法。

This paper has investigated the actual situations of the community procurement of public services of Shanghai,Guang Dong and other advanced areas in China. By comparing their advanced experience,the paper studies from multiple- angle on the current status of the Sea East Road Street in the New City District and its affiliated nine communities,The ＂ servant inn＂ program of the home care in the Sports School Community and the grid management of the ＂ wisdom city＂ in the Sea East Road Street are useful examples to help figure out potential problems and solutions to effective and innovate methods of the government procurement as well as the development of Hohhot.
