城镇化加速发展对呼和浩特市房地产市场的影响研究

An Research of Impact of Urbanization Accelerating on the Real Estate Market in Hohhot

城镇化建设的推进是我国经济快速发展的表现,而随着城镇化建设的快速发展面临的一个重要问题是城市人口的增多;促进房地产市场繁荣发展的因素之一是城市人口的增加。城镇化加速发展与房地产市场的发展有着一定的关联性,使得城镇化与房地产成为很多学者的研究项目。作为内蒙古的省会城市呼和浩特市的城镇化发展有着他的独特之处,从城镇化造成的诸多社会变化中尤其是人口的变化对商品房市场中供给的作用,来讨论城镇化的发展对内蒙古呼和浩特市房地产市场产生的影响,以期对其他一些中等城市的发展和房地产市场的繁荣起到一定的借鉴作用。

Carrying out the urbanization is the sign of the rapid economic development of China,resulting in the increase of the urban population,but it is one of factors of promoting the development of the real estate market. The rapid urbanization and the development of the real estate market are related to each other,and they have become the scholars＇ research projects. Hohhot,the capital city of Inner Mongolia,is unique in urbanization development. The paper discusses the impact of urbanization on the real estate market in Hohhot from the changes brought by urbanization,especially the changes of population,and provides the reference for the development of other medium- sized cities and prosperity of the real estate market.
