An Innovative Study of the Approaches to College Student Backbone Cultivation

微课等新教学技术时代的来临,为学生骨干的培养提供了一个新的途径,使优质教育资源普遍、全面地用于大量学生骨干的培养成为可能。本文探讨高校学生骨干群体培养的现状,指出通过细化培养目标,创新培养方式,以"中国梦"为核心,充分利用新媒体技术,以微课化为载体,对大学生骨干进行教育培养,成为中国特色社会主义事业的合格建设者和可靠接班人。

The coming of digital technology era provides a new approach to college student backbone cultivation,makes it possible to popularize good education resources and undertake college student backbone cultivation.This paper discusses the present situation of college student backbone cultivation,points out the idea of undertaking college student backbone cultivation through refining training target,innovating traning style,fully applying new media technology with small class as carrier and ＂ China Dream＂ as core so as to enable them to become qualified constructors and reliable successors of socialism construction with Chinese Characteristics.
