摘要
群众体育作为社会发展的有机变量,始终与社会保持紧密相关。在宏观分析世界各国与我国群众体育管理体制基础上,合理构建中国群众体育的组织机构,管理要以"服务"为核心理念,以建立健全管理的组织体系为基础,以发展人民群众的身体素质为最终目标。新时期我国群众体育管理体制将向科学化、系统化、法制化、现代化、人本化的方向发展。
As an organic variables of social development,mass sports is closely related to the society. Based on a macro analysis of the mass sports system home and abroad,we should construct the organization of Chinese mass sports,undertake management with ＇service＇as core,construct and perfect management organization system as basis and develop mass physical quality as final objective. At new era,Chinese mass sports management system should develop towards scientization,systematization,legislation,modernzation and humanization.
