全民阅读推广与高校图书馆使命研究

面对信息化的时代大背景,高校图书馆传统的纸质阅读方式已经受到了数字阅读的强烈冲击。纸质阅读与数字阅读的冲突是高校图书馆工作中不可避免的问题。为了更好地将两者结合起来,达到优势互补的效果,不仅服务于广大师生,与此同时还可以有效地辐射校外的一定区域。通过对高校图书馆工作现状的调查与分析以及一定范围内的试验,发现高校图书馆如果能够在工作中有效地处理纸质阅读和数字阅读的配比结构,不仅能够使高校图书馆更好地扮演好高校重要的教辅机构这一角色,还能有助于高校承担社会责任,即为全民阅读推广工作做出更大贡献。

Under the background of the era of information technology,the traditional paper reading in the University Library has been strongly impacted by digital reading,which is an inevitable problem. To better combine them and complement each other with advantages,not only serves the majority of teachers and students,but also effectively radiates a certain area outside. Through the investigation and analysis on status of University Library and test within a certain range,it is found that the good ratio of the structure between paper reading and digital reading cannot only make the library play an important role as the teaching auxiliary in the university,but also help colleges and universities take social responsibilities,and contribute to national reading promotion.
