摘要
加强乡村医生队伍建设是发展农村卫生事业的关键,本文通过对全区乡村医生岗位培训工作进行问卷调查,重点总结工作经验,分析存在问题,提出改进建议。
Strengthen the construction of rural doctors team is a key to develop the rural health. Through the questionnaire survey from the rural doctors＇ job training in this area, this article emphasize to sum up the experiences of work, analysis current problem and submit corresponding improvement suggestion.
