摘要
目的探讨循证护理在儿外科临床带教中的应用效果。方法选择我院儿科实习护理人员60例,随机分组,各组为30例,对照组采用常规的带教方法,观察组采用循证护理进行临床带教。观察两组护理实习生的综合护理能力。结果与对照组对比,观察组基础理论、操作技能以及综合护理评分更高,P<0.05。结论循证护理在儿外科临床带教中效果确切,有效地提高临床带教工作的质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of the application of evidence-based care in children with clinical surgical teaching. Methods 60 cases of pediatric internship nursing staff were selected in our hospital, randomly divided into 30 groups, the control group using the conventional teaching methods, the observation group using evidence-based nursing clinical teaching. Observe the comprehensive nursing ability of the two groups of nursing interns. Results The comparison with the control group, the observation group basic theory, skills and comprehensive care score was significantly higher, P〈0.05. Conclusion The effect of evidence-based nursing in clinical teaching of pediatric surgery is accurate and effective.
