上海杨浦区老干部心理和身体健康状况及影响因素调查研究

Investigation on Mental and Physical Health Status and Influencing Factors of the Veteran Cadres in Yangpu District of Shanghai

目的分析调查上海杨浦区老干部心理健康和身体健康情况,并分析其不良的影响因素。方法选择上海杨浦区老干部400例纳入调查,自制调查问卷及心理自评量表SCL-90对老干部心理健康进行调查分析,且老干部均进行各项体检项目,对老干部身体健康状况和不良生活方式进行分析。结果调查研究发现老干部分别存在不同程度的心理问题,并检查出多种慢性疾病,检出率位于前5位的分别为冠心病,白内障,2型糖尿病,慢性胃炎,高血压。结论老干部均存在不同程度的心理及健康问题,性别,年龄和文化程度是影响心理健康的主要因素,不良的生活方式是身体健康问题的主要原因。

Objective To investigate of mental and physical health status, and analysis of adverse impact factors. Methods 400 veteran cadres in Shanghai Yangpu district were involved in present study. The mental health of veteran cadres was used question-papers made by oneself and SCL-90, then veteran cadres were take physical check, the mental and physical health of veteran cardes was analysis based on data gained. Results Different level of mental health problem and several chronic were found in the subjects investigated, and the following diseases occupied the top 5 positions： coronary artery disease, cataract, type 2 diabetes mellitus, chronic bronchitis, hypertension. Conclusion Different level of mental and physical health problem were found in veteran cardes, the gender, age and cultural degree were the main factors influencing the mental health, unhealthy life habits were the main results of physical healthy problem.
