早期强直性脊柱炎的X线诊断分析

Analysis of X-ray Diagnosis of Early Stage Ankylosing Spondylitis

目的研究早期强直性脊柱炎的X线表现提高此病的早期诊断率。方法结合我院18例经证实早期强直性脊柱炎病例,分析其X线表现。结果强直性脊柱炎早期几乎100%累及骶髂关节,X线表现为双侧对称性发病,关节面骨质硬化,破坏,以髂侧为主,关节间隙改变下段脊柱呈方形改变。结论早期强直性脊柱炎可有较典型X线表现,结合临床表现及生化检查,对于此病的早期发现,减少致残率有重要价值。

Objective To study the early diagnosis rate of the X-ray manifestations of early stage ankylosing spondylitis. Methods Combined with 18 cases of early stage ankylosing spondylitis in our hospital, the X-ray findings were analyzed. Results Almost 100% of ankylosing spondylitis early involvement of the joint, X-ray showed bilateral symmetry of the disease, the joint surface of bone sclerosis, destruction, with the main side of the joint space, the change of the spine of the spine was a square change. Conclusion Early stage ankylosing spondylitis can have more typical X-ray manifestations, combined with clinical manifestations and biochemical examination, for the early detection of the disease, reduce disability rate is of great value.
