螺旋CT在急性肠梗阻诊断中的应用

Application of Spiral CT in the Diagnosis of Acute Intestinal Obstruction

目的探讨螺旋CT在急性肠梗阻诊断中的应用价值。方法选取我院2013年7月-2015年7月收治的初诊急性肠梗阻患者120例作为临床研究对象,对患者的病历资料进行回顾性分析。所有患者均接受16排螺旋CT检查和X线片检查,并将检查结果进行对比分析。结果 110例患者经手术证实为急性肠梗阻。检查结果 ：16排螺旋CT检查的诊断灵敏度、特异度、准确率均高于X线片检查,结果对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。16排螺旋CT检查的肠梗阻定位诊断符合率为91.82%。结论 16排螺旋CT检查的诊断灵敏度、特异度、准确率均比较高,且有助于对梗阻部位进行定位。

Objective To analyze the application value of spiral CT in diagnosis of acute intestinal obstruction. Methods Clinical data of 120 patients with acute intestinal obstruction treated from July 2013 to July 2015 were retrospectively analysed. All patients were examined by 16 spiral CT and X-ray and the results were comparatively analyzed. Results 110 cases of patients with acute intestinal obstruction confirmed by surgery. Results the diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of 16 slice spiral CT were higher than that of X-ray examination, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. 16 slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction was 91.82%. Conclusion The effect of 16 spiral CT in diagnosis of acute intestinal obstruction is satisfactory, the diagnostic accordance rate is higher.
