核磁诊断股骨头缺血性坏死的临床价值

Clinical Value of MRI in Diagnosis of Avascular Necrosis of the Femoral Head

目的探讨核磁诊断股骨头缺血性坏死的临床价值。方法以我院骨科收治的58例股骨头缺血性坏死患者为研究对象,分组后,29例对照组患者采用X线进行诊断,29例观察组患者采用核磁进行诊断,对两组患者的诊断结果进行比较。结果观察组检出股骨头缺血性坏死28例,漏诊1例,诊断准确率为96.6%;对照组检出股骨头缺血性坏死22例,漏诊7例,诊断准确率为75.9%。两组诊断准确率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论股骨头缺血坏死采用核磁诊断可有效提高诊断准确率,为治疗提供更多参考信息。

Objective To explore the clinical value of mri in the diagnosis of ischemic necrosis of femoral head. Methods In our hospital orthopaedic hospital were 58 patients with ischemic necrosis of femoral head as the research object, after the grouping, 29 cases in control group were treated by X-ray diagnosis, 29 cases of observation group were treated by mri diagnosis, the diagnosis results of two groups of patients were compared. Results Observation group 28 cases of ischemic necrosis of femoral head detection, 1 case of misdiagnosis and the diagnosis accuracy rate is 96.6%. Control group 22 cases, detection of ischemic necrosis of femoral head, 7 cases of misdiagnosis, and diagnosis accuracy rate of 75.9%. Accurate diagnosis for the two groups differ significantly（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ischemic necrosis of femoral head using nuclear magnetic diagnostic accuracy is higher, provide more information for treatment, can be applied in the clinical.
