根管治疗根尖周炎感染患者的临床研究

Root Canal Therapy Clinical Study of Patients With Periapical Infection

目的探讨根管治疗根尖周炎感染患者的临床效果。方法选取本院2013年12月-2015年12月诊治的根尖周炎感染患者112例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组患者56例实施多次法根管治疗术,观察组患者56例实施一次法根管治疗术,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组患者术后疼痛程度、VAS评分、根管填充效果、疗效比较,差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。观察组患者疼痛持续时间、复诊次数少于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论一次法根管治疗术与多次法根管治疗术均可用于临床治疗根尖周炎感染,一次法根管治疗术的疼痛持续时间更短,还可减少患者的复诊次数。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of root canal therapy in patients with periapical infection. Methods 112 cases of patients with periapical infection in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2015, using a random number table method were divided into two groups, control group 56 cases multiple root canal therapy, patients in the observation group 56 cases of implementation of one-time root canal therapy, compared two groups of patients with therapeutic effect. Results Two groups ofpatients with postoperative pain degree, VAS score, root canal filling effect, curative effect comparison, the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. Patients in the observation group pain duration, referral number less than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion One-time root tube were treated with multiple root canal therapy can be used for clinical treatment of periapical infection, one-time root tube surgery in the treatment of pain lasted for a shorter time, can reduce the patient referral number.
