妊娠高血压综合征引起脑血管疾病的原因及治疗对策分析

Analysis of the Causes and Treatment of Cerebral Vascular Disease Caused by Pregnancy Induced Hypertension Syndrome

目的探讨妊娠高血压综合征引发脑血管疾病的发生原因及治疗方法。方法以在我院治疗的妊娠高血压综合征合并脑血管疾病的32例患者为研究对象,对合并脑血管疾病的发病原因进行分析,探讨治疗对策。结果所有患者均伴有高血压症状,血压平均水平为(18.6±3.1)k Pa,蛋白尿平均水平为(1.8±0.7)g/L。结论妊娠高血压综合征并发脑血管疾病与患者血压升高、脑动脉缺氧痉挛有重要联系,选择合适的方法治疗可有效改善患者病症,确保患者生命安全。

Objective Analyses the causes of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome caused by cerebrovascular disease and treatment method. Methods To merge pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome and cerebrovascular disease in our hospital treatment of 32 cases of patients as the research object, analyzes the causes of merger cerebrovascular disease, treatment countermeasures are discussed. Results All patients with symptoms of high blood pressure, blood pressure average of（18.6±3.1） k Pa, average of albuminuria（1.8±0.7） g/L. Conclusion Patients with pregnancyinduced hypertension syndrome complicated with cerebrovascular disease and high blood pressure, oxygen to brain artery spasm is the important link, select the appropriate method of treatment can effectively improve the patients condition, to ensure patient safety.
