经皮肾镜取石术治疗多次体外冲击波碎石失败肾结石的效果观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究多次体外冲击波碎石治疗失败的肾结石患者采用经皮肾镜取石术的治疗效果。方法在我院收治的肾结石患者中随机选出125例作为本研究的观察对象,全部患者均经多次体外冲击波碎石治疗失败,将其随机分成观察组和对照组,其中对照组患者继续使用体外冲击波碎石治疗,观察组患者则采用经皮肾镜取石术治疗,就两组患者的治疗效果展开对比研究。结果观察组患者的结石清除率为93.75%,比对照组的85.25%高,且观察组患者并发症发生率为6.25%,低于对照组患者的16.39%,P<0.05;另外观察组患者的手术时间长于对照组,P<0.05;在住院时间上,组间差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论在多次采用体外冲击波碎石术治疗失败的患者采用经皮肾镜取石术虽然手术时间长,但是结石清除率高,且术后并发症少,有助于患者术后的康复。 Objective To study the repeated failure of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy in treating kidney stones were treated by percutaneous nephrolithotomy treatment effect. Methods 125 cases of kidney stones in our hospital were randomly selected as the observation object of this study, all the patients were treated by repeated extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, it randomly divided into observation group and control group, control group patients continue to use the extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy treatment, the observation group patients were treated with percutaneous nephrolithotomy, The curative effect of two groups of patients had a comparative study. Results Observation group, the stone clearance rate was 93.75% were higher than that of the control group of 85.25%, and the observation groups of patients with complications occurrence rate is 6.25% lower than that of the control group 16.39%, P〈0.05. In order to observe the operation time of the patients was longer than that in the control group, P〈0.05, at the time of hospitalization, inter group difference P〈0.05. Conclusion In patients with repeated use of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy failed percutaneous nephrolithotomy surgery although surgery for a long time, but the stone clearance rate, and fewer complications, contribute to the rehabilitation of patients after surgery.
