腹腔镜胆囊切除术和开腹胆囊切除术后并发症发生率的对比

Comparison of the Incidence of Postoperative Complications Between Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy and Open Cholecystectomy

目的探析比较腹腔镜与开腹胆囊切除术后并发症发生率。方法选取我院2013年1月-2015年12月收治的40例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者,作为研究组,同时选择2009年1月-2012年12月收治的40例开腹胆囊切除术患者,作为对照组,比较两组术后并发症情况。结果研究组术后发生感染率2.5%、阻塞性黄疸0%、术后出血2.5%,效果优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05,研究组胆汁瘘2.5%与对照组2.5%比较,差异无统计学意义,P〉0.05。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术对患者创伤小,且并发症少。

Objective Comparison of laparoscopic and open cholecystectomy complication rate. Methods 40 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients were chosen in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015, as the study group, and 40 cases of open cholecystectomy patients were chosen from January 2009 to December 2012, as the control group, postoperative complications. ResultsIncidence of research group, the postoperative infection rate was 2.5%, obstruction jaundice 0%, postoperative bleeding after 2.5%, the effect is better than that of the control group, the difference has statistical significance, P〈0.05, study group of bile fistula 2.5% and controls group 2.5%, the difference was not statistically significant, P〉0.05. ConclusionLaparoscopic cholecystectomy for patients with less trauma, and fewer complications.
