微创手术与传统开放手术治疗脊柱创伤的临床效果分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Minimally Invasive Surgery and Traditional Open Surgery on Spinal Trauma

目的探讨微创手术与传统开放手术治疗脊柱创伤的临床效果差异。方法 50例脊柱创伤患者根据手术方式不同分为研究组和对照组,每组25例,对照组行传统开放手术,研究组行微创手术。结果研究组手术用时,术中出血量,住院时间均优于对照组(P<0.05),术后并发症发生率比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床应用微创技术对脊柱创伤患者实施手术治疗,提高了患者的手术效果。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect difference of minimally invasive surgery and traditional open surgery treating spinal trauma. Methods 50 patients with spinal trauma were divided into study group and control group, 25 cases in each group.Patients in the control group underwent conventional open surgery, patients in the study group received minimally invasive surgery. Results The operation time, blood loss, length of hospital stay of study group were significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）, the incidence of postoperative complicationsbetween the groups had no significant difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The clinical application of minimally invasive techniques for the treatment of spinal trauma, significantly improves surgical outcomes and should be widely applied.
