60例先天性肠闭锁的临床诊疗总结

Summary of Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of 60 Cases of Congenital Small Intestinal Atresia

目的分析总结先天性肠闭锁的临床诊断和治疗。方法对我院收治的60例先天性肠闭锁患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 60例中55例经治疗病情治愈,其中包括二期手术治愈,术后恢复良好,5例因病情复杂、畸形重放弃治疗而死亡;合并并发症、低体重等情况对患儿预后有不良影响(P<0.05)。结论手术治疗先天性肠闭锁患儿的关键在于选择适宜的手术方式确保患儿吻合口畅通。合并并发症、低体重会影响患儿的预后效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of congenital intestinal atresia. Methods In our hospital 60 cases of congenital intestinal atresia clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results 60 cases in 55 cases after treatment to cure disease, including two cured by surgery, postoperative recovery was good, 5 cases due to the complexity of the disease, deformity of weight to give up treatment of death, complication, low weight, and so on are on the prognosis of children with adverse effects（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Surgical treatment of congenital small intestinal atresia is the key to select the appropriate surgical procedures to ensure the smooth flow of the anastomotic stoma, complications, low weight will affect the prognosis of children with effect.
