阿立哌唑对精神分裂症患者糖代谢的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨阿立哌唑对精神分裂症患者糖代谢的影响,为精神分裂症患者的治疗提供临床依据。方法收集首发精神分裂症患者80例。根据Hb A1C值分为正常组(<6%)40例,异常组(≥6%)40例;每组再随机分为阿立哌唑亚组和氯氮平亚组,各组20例。比较两个亚组治疗前及治疗后8周时的空腹血糖及服糖后2 h血糖水平。结果正常组或异常组不同亚组间空腹血糖在治疗前、治疗后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);正常组中阿立哌唑亚组服糖后2 h血糖水平与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与氯氮平亚组比较明显降低(P<0.05);异常组中阿立哌唑亚组服糖后2 h血糖水平与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与氯氮平亚组比较明显降低(P<0.05)。结论对于精神病分裂症患者,阿立哌唑治疗对其血糖代谢影响较小,降低了糖尿病的发生率,对改善其生活质量,提高治疗依从性具有积极意义。 Objective To explore the efficacy of aripiprazole on glucose metabolism in patients with symptoms of schizophrenia, mental division in the treatment of patients to provide the clinical basis. Methods 80 patients with schizophrenic were collected, According to Hb A1 c values for 40 cases in normal group(6%), abnormal group 40 cases( ≥ 6%), each group randomly assigned for subgroups of aripiprazole and clozapine, each group 20 cases. Comparison of two groups before treatment and 8 weeks after treatment the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial glucose levels. Results The normal group and abnormal group different between the subgroups of fasting blood glucose in before treatment, after treatment, no statistical significance(P〉0.05), normal group in aripiprazole subgroup after oral glucose in 2 h blood glucose levels before and after treatment there is no statistical difference(P〉0.05), and clozapine sub group significantly decreased(P〈0.05), in the abnormal group aripiprazole subgroup after oral glucose in 2 h blood glucose levels before and after treatment there is no statistical difference(P〉0.05), and clozapine sub group significantly decreased(P〈0.05). Conclusion For psychiatric patients with schizophrenia, aripiprazole in the treatment had little effect on the blood glucose metabolism, reducing the incidence of diabetes and to improve the quality of life, improve the treatment compliance has positive significance.
