胺碘酮治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭并室性心律失常的临床疗效观察

Clinical Analysis of Amiodarone in the Treatment of Patients With Chronic Heart Failure Complicated by Ventricular Arrhythmias

目的探讨胺碘酮治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭并室性心律失常的效果。方法随机将80例冠心病慢性心力衰竭并室性心律失常患者平均分为两组。对照组行常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础行胺碘酮治疗。结果观察组有效率、心功能指标等均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胺碘酮治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭并室性心律失常效果理想。

Objective To investigate the effect of amiodarone on patients with chronic heart failure complicated byventricular arrhythmias. Methods 80 patients were divided into two groups, control group used routine treatment, and observation group used amiodarone on the basis of control group. Results The effective rate, cardiac function index of observation group were significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of amiodarone in the treatment of chronic heart failure and ventricular arrhythmias in patients with coronary heart disease is ideal.
