美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗82例室性心律失常的临床效果分析

Analysis on the Clinical Curative Effect of Metoprolol Combined With Wenxin Granule for the Treatment of Ventricular Arrhythmia in 82 Cases

目的探讨美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗室性心律失常的效果。方法选择我院接受药物治疗的164例室性心律失常患者,随机分为实验组82例(美托洛尔+稳心颗粒)和对照组82例(单用美托洛尔),对比分析组间疗效和不良反应。结果实验组总有效率(95.12%)优于对照组(80.49%),P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;组间不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒能够降低室性心律失常发作频率,改善临床症状,且药物副反应少。

Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of metoprolol combined with Wenxin granule for the treatment of ventricular arrhythmia. Methods 164 patients with ventricular arrhythmia were selected in our hospital, they were randomly divided into experimental group（metoprolol combined with Wenxin granule） 82 cases and the reference group（metoprolol） 82 cases, the effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group（95.12%） was significantly better than that of the control group（80.49%）, P〈0.05, there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reaction（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Metoprolol combined with Wenxin granule can significantly reduce the frequency ventricular arrhythmia, improve the clinical symptoms and lessen the adverse drug reactions.
