摘要
目的分析对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者使用PFNA治疗的护理方法。方法收集45例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者,所有患者均使用PFNA法治疗,分析对所有患者在临床治疗过程中的护理方法和效果。结果本次研究中所有患者均得到了较好的治疗效果,无任何患者出现并发症,手术效果满意。结论对使用PFNA治疗的老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者进行护理的过程中,使用针对性干预的护理方法能够提升治疗效果,有较高应用价值。
Objective To analyze the nursing method of PFNA treatment for elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture. Methods 45 cases of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture were collected, all patients were treated with PFNA, and the nursing methods and effects of all patients in clinical treatment were analyzed. Results All the patients in this study had good therapeutic effect, and no patient had complications, and the operation effect was satisfactory. ConclusionThe use of PFNA in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture in the process of nursing, the use of targeted interventions can significantly improve the treatment effect, there is a high value.
