舒适护理在小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘中的应用价值

The Application Value of Comfortable Nursing in Children With Cough Variant Asthma

目的对舒适护理在小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘中的应用价值进行探讨。方法选取2013年6月-2015年5月收治的96例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组接受舒适护理,对照组接受常规护理,对比护理效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.75%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组家属护理满意度为95.83%,高于对照组的81.25%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论舒适护理可有效提高咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿的治疗有效率和患儿家属护理满意率。

Objective To explore the application value of comfortable nursing in children with cough variant asthma. Methods 96 cases of cough variant asthma, which were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group received comfort care, the control group received routine nursing, and the effect of nursing care was compared with the nursing effect of two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%, higher than the control group 75.00%, was difference had statistically significance（P〈0.05）, the family nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.83%, higher than that of the control group 81.25%, was difference had statistically significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comfort care can effectively improve the treatment of cough variant asthma in children with efficiency, improve the satisfaction rate of nursing children＇s families.
