高血压脑出血患者并发深静脉血栓的原因分析及护理

Analysis of the Causes and Nursing Care of Patients With Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage Complicated With Deep Vein Thrombosis

目的分析高血压、脑出血临床患者产生DVT（深静脉血栓）并发症的切实原因,进而采取有针对性护理措施进行预防。方法运用回顾式方法选取本院2014年9月-2015年9月收治36例高血压、脑出血且并发出DVT患者作为分析对象,实施有针对性治疗以及护理措施等。结果在这36例参与临床分析的患者中共有28例达到了临床治疗的理想效果且没有产生并发症,剩余8例自行放弃了治疗。结论针对高血压、脑出血临床患者在术后应该实施综合性护理措施,进而实现临床预防目标,有效控制DVT并发症产生的机率,提升患者治疗的总体质量。

Objective Analysis of patients with hypertension, cerebral hemorrhage clinical produce DVT（deep vein thrombosis） complications of practical reason, and then take targeted nursing measures to prevent it. Methods 36 cases of high blood pressure from September 2014 to September 2015 in our hospital, cerebral hemorrhage and DVT patients as the analysis object, the implementation of targeted treatment and nursing measures. Results Among the 36 patients involved in clinical analysis of 28 cases of the communist party of has reached the ideal effect of clinical treatment and no complication, the remaining 8 cases gave up therapy on its own. Conclusion For hypertension, cerebral hemorrhage clinical patients in postoperative should implement comprehensive nursing measures, so as to realize the clinical prevention goals, effective control of the probability of DVT complications, to enhance the overall quality of the patients.
