经尿道前列腺电切术的围术期护理要点分析

Analysis of Perioperative Nursing of Transurethral Resection of Prostate

目的探讨对经尿道前列腺电切镜下手术患者给予围术期护理干预后获得的临床效果。方法选择我院2014年4月-2016年4月收治的经尿道前列腺电切镜下手术患者110例作为实验的研究对象,对临床护理资料实施回顾性分析。结果所有经尿道前列腺电切术患者手术后恢复效果显著,术后患者未出现严重并发症,最终全部康复出院。结论对前列腺增生症患者,临床选择经尿道前列腺电切术治疗过程中配合展开有效的围术期护理干预,针对患者疾病的康复发挥显著的促进作用。

Objective To study on the urethra prostate electricity cut mirror under given perioperative nursing intervention to patients after clinical effect. Methods The clinical nursing data of 110 cases of surgical patients treated by transurethral resection of prostate in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the urethra prostate electricity cut method patients recovery effect after the surgery, postoperative patients with no serious complications occurred, final and complete rehabilitation hospital discharge. Conclusion In the patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia, the clinical choice of transurethral resection of the prostate in the treatment process with the expansion of effective perioperative nursing intervention, to play a significant role in promoting the rehabilitation of patients with disease.
