强化护理策略对降低ICU气管插管患者非计划性拔管(UEX)的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Intensive Care Strategy on Reducing Unplanned Extubation(UEX) of ICU Patients With Tracheal Intubation

目的探讨强化护理策略对降低ICU气管插管患者非计划性拔管（UEX）的效果分析。方法选取我院2014年2月-2016年2月收治的ICU气管插管患者165例的临床资料进行回顾性分析,其中分为观察组（84例）实施强化护理策略方式与对照组（81例）则实施常规护理策略方式,比较两组患者的非计划性拔管发生情况及对护理满意度情况。结果观察组患者非计划拔管发生率低于对照组,两组差异比较具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论强化护理策略对降低ICU气管插管患者非计划性拔管（UEX）有效良好的效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of intensive care strategy on reducing unplanned extubation（UEX） in patients with ICU. Methods The clinical data of 165 patients with ICU who were admitted to our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016, were retrospectively analyzed,the patients were divided into observation group（84 cases） to strengthen its implementation way of nursing strategy and control group（81 cases） were received conventional nursing strategies, compared two groups of patients with non gauge draw pull tube and the nursing satisfaction. Results The incidence of unplanned extubation in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Intensive nursing strategies can effectively reduce the effectiveness of ICU in reducing unplanned extubation（UEX） in patients with tracheal intubation.
