强化护理健康教育在飞秒激光手术中的效果观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的本次主要探析护理健康教育得到强化后对飞秒激光治疗手术中的效果,为临床护理提供依据。方法选取我院2014年5月-2015年5月收治并已经进行飞秒激光手术的患者88例,根据患者入院的编号平均分组,单号为对照组,双号为实验组,两组各44例,对照组给予传统激光手术,实验组给予强化护理健康教育。对两组手术护理的效果进行分析。结果实验组患者的配合度为93.2%,对照组为75.1%,实验组治疗效果优于对照组。结论护理健康教育的强化能够提高患者手术的配合度,保障近视手术顺利进行,减少相关并发症的发生。 Objective To get the major of nursing health education enhancement effect of femtosecond laser surgery, for clinical nursing provides the basis. Methods A total of 88 patients with femtosecond laser surgery were chosen in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015, according to the patients admitted to hospital number average packet, odd number as control group, even numbers as the experimental group, 44 cases in each group, while the control group was given traditional laser surgery, experimental group were given intensive nursing health education. Effect of two groups of surgical nursing was analyzed. Results Patients in the experimental group with the degree of 93.2%, controls for 75.1%, the experimental group treatment effect results obviously better than the control group. Conclusion Nursing health education can improve the degree of cooperation, ensure the smooth operation of myopia, reduce the incidence of related complications.
